Paul Conrad, the man who earned fame and respect throughout the world for his sharp and crispy lines drew a sorry figure against death on Saturday at the age of 86.

Paul Conrad, the three times Pulitzer Prize winner who used his pencil to poke the politicians from Richard Nixon to George W. Bush for more than five decades leaving a smile at your face while you might be having your breakfast or cup of coffee in the morning having a bird’s eye of the Los Angeles Times or some other popular newspaper.

Paul Conrad, the man who tried his best to give a true picture of hypocrisy in American politics died at the dawn of Saturday in his Los Angeles home surrounded by his family and his death of declared of natural causes.

So fierce was Paul Conrad in his liberalism that he expressed with his stark, unmistaken-able visual style that The Times narrated in one of its stories on Saturday that their long time publisher was always in a worry that his breakfast will be ruined by an angry call from Ronald Reagan or his wife Nancy due to some Paul Conrad cartoons.

When asked about his comparison of George W. Bush with Richard Nixon, Paul Conrad answered that he felt two ways about Nixon. Firstly, how an idiot like him could become the president of America and secondly how Americans can get rid of him as soon as possible adding that same applies for Bush.

Paul Conrad was born in 1924. When Paul Conrad was asked about his first cartoon, he replied that he drew his first political cartoon on the bathroom wall of his elementary school.
