Miami Heat has suddenly become a hot spot where every major bee of the field wants to go. First it was Wade, then Bosh joined in, and later LeBron followed them. Now it’s Penny Hardaway who wants to be a part of it.

According to a local newspaper, Penny Hardaway is planning to make a comeback and would like to join Miami Heat. Reportedly, Penny Hardaway has showed his interest in returning to Heat in an interview on ‘The Bottom Line Sports Show’.

During his interview, Penny Hardaway gave his views about LeBron James joining the Heat and told how the idea of returning to the team struck his mind. Hardaway talked about how he could be placed in the team’s rotation.

Miami Heat has been making major changes in its team this season. The Heat team managers are now looking forward to making a great comeback and claiming the NBA Championship. Penny Hardaway could be used by Heat during the later part of the game or could be used off the bench. Though Hardaway is 39 his age wouldn’t be a problem while selection, as there are many NBA players aged 35 or above. But Penny Hardaway has one shortcoming; he has not played since 2007!

Penny Hardaway has offered himself for a one-year deal and now the decision is in the hands of the high-ups if they want him in the team or not. If Heat needs a swingman who could be placed fittingly in their rotation then Penny Hardaway has a good chance of getting the offer.
