Olympic medal standing has made the countries position very clear in Winter Olympics Vancouver 2010. Winter Olympics has almost reached to the conclusion and the teams are settled in the medal standing as expected.
Canada is at the top with maximum Gold medals and America is at the top with total number of medals.
As the event has almost completed leaving few events to complete, In the Olympic medal standing America is standing at the top with total medals of 36, including 9 gold medals, 14 silver and 13 bronze medal s. Germany is comfortably placed in the second position with total 29medals, including 10 Gold Medals, 12 silver medals, and 7 bronze medals. Canada, the host country, is placed at the top with 13 gold medals and placed 3rd with the total count of medals of 25.
Norway is standing in the fourth position in Winter Olympics Vancouver 2010 with total of 22 models, including 8 gold, 8 silver and 6 bronze medals. Austria is following Norway at the fifth position with total 16 medals including 4 gold medals, 6 silver medals, and 6 bronze medals.
Russian Federation hasn’t able to perform as per expectations and placed at the sixth position with total count of 15 medals, including 3 gold medals, 5 silver medals and 7 bronze medals. Korea is standing at seventh position with total count of 14 medals including 6 gold medals, silver medals and 2 bronze medals. China is standing eighth position with total 11 medals, with 5 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 4 bronze medals.
