Lorenzen Wright, the former NBA player was found dead near Memphis. Lorenzen went missing almost 10 days back and his family and friends were looking for him for last many days. According to the reports, Lorenzen Wright was found dead on 29th July 2010 outside Memphis.

Curtis Wright, the uncle of Lorenzan Wright has confirmed the death of Lorenzen Wright by saying that he and Leronzen’s father were told by the police that Lorenzen Wright died and his body was found. Police department has not yet issued any statement about the confirmation of the body as Lorenzen Wright.

Police department has stated that they found a dead body from a wooded area 15 miles away in South of downtown Memphis and investigators are still trying to identify the dead body.

On the other side, the family and friends of Lorenzen Wright have started to reach his place for mourning his death.

Lameela Logan, a cousin of Lorenzen Wright has stated that we were gathered here to mourn his unfortunate death and to honor one of the great persons. We appreciate the feelings, prayers and condolences extended by the other people and media in this difficult time but we still request to please respect our privacy in this sudden shock.

According to the police reports, Lorenzen was last witnessed by people on 18th July 2010 and after three days family filed a reporting for his missing.

The 34 years old Lorenzen Wright spent 13 years of his life in basketball. He played for Atlanta Hawks, Sacramento Kings, Los Angeles Clippers and Cleveland Cavaliers
