Fox News is bragging about a Hispanic group’s support in favor of Arizona Immigration Law. The Arizona Immigration Law is a racist bill and Latinos of Arizona State are worrying for the right reasons.

Though we know the federal judges are hearing the case against the Arizona Immigration Law today, the speculations are surfacing that the controversial bill will stay in some form as the judges are not going to block out the entire law.

Judge Susan Bolton will be hearing the lawsuit case which is filed by the federal government against Arizona over the state’s new immigration bill. In a statement about the case, the District Judge Susan Bolton said that she had no intention of blocking the entire immigration law but mentioned that the parts of the bill might have been removed. The judge has not passed a ruling on the case yet.

The Arizona Immigration Law, known as Senate Bill 1070, allows the police to inquire anyone suspected to be living in the U.S. illegally. Jan Brewer, the governor of the Arizona state, approved and signed the law in April and it will be effective from July 29 if the judge passes a ruling in its favor. It’s not yet known whether the judge Bolton will pass a ruling before July 29.

On the first hearing, the judge Bolton asked the Justice Department’s attorney why Arizona cannot enforce its own strict laws. Edwin Kneedler, the attorney of Justice Department, said that Arizona Immigration Law would burden federal immigration agencies with much more cases than it could handle.

Bolton also questioned the state attorney about ‘reasonable suspicion’ phrase in the bill and how the bill would be enforced. Judge Bolton also heard arguments by the Civil Liberties Unions.

There are at least seven lawsuits pending against the Arizona Immigration Law which is severely criticized by the advocates of the civil liberties in America.
