The Band Perry is an emerging country musical group which is making news and creating waves in the American country music circle.

The Band Perry has announced that its debut album will be released in the first week of October. The debut album will include the band’s currently hit number ‘If I die Young’. The debut album titled after the band’s name. For their debut album, The Band Perry is working with music producer Paul Worley.

The Band Perry released an EP earlier this year which included a set of five songs. Rumor is that the debut album will include all the five songs of The Band Perry’s EP. The recent performance of this new, young group was at ‘Fox & Friends’ where these young musicians performed extremely well.

The Band Perry is a group of three siblings; Reid Perry, Kimberly Perry, and Neil Perry. In August 2009, The Band Perry signed with record label Republic Nashville and released their first single, ‘Hip to My Heart’, the same month.

The debut single was quite a hit and it ranked at Top 20 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs. The Band Perry released its second single, ‘If I Die Young’, in May 2009 and though the song wasn’t ranked very high at the Billboard, it did receive several good reviews from country music critics. The band has now released the videos of both the songs. The videos of ‘Hip To My Heart’ was directed by Trey Fanjoy while David McClister directed the video of ‘If I Die Young’.
