Mother Rejects Negative Feedback Of The Teacher
Patty told the media that her child was given a vocabulary assignment and Roland found it below the requisite standard but rather than limiting herself to award a poor grade to her student, she wrote “loser” on the assignment. Some weeks ago, the word “loser” was written twice on the child’s assignment. The Buncombe County School District has issued its opinion on the matter declaring it some sort of personal issue which is being investigated.
The surprising factor about this issue is
Although there might be such students that could be stimulated by the use of fear and insult yet there is a consensus of educational psychologists over this issue and they always recommend positive feedback to students to enhance their motivational level. They reject negative feedback as a tool to stimulate a dormant student because negative feedback just complicates the situation and mitigates the motivational level of the student.

THIS IDIOT SHOULD HAVE MORE SENSE THAN HE IS SHOWING….HE IS A “TEACHER”…SUPPOSED TO BE TEACHING GOOD THINGS TO HIS STUDENTS! NOT BAD THINGS!!! JUST BECAUSE A STUDENT GETS ON HIS NERVES DOES NOT GIVE HIM THE RIGHT TO DO WHAT HE DID…..KIDS ARE KIDS!!! HE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS BEFORE HE WASTED ALL HIS WEIRD TIME BECOMING A TEACHER….HE SHOULD BE FIRED OR PUNISHED IN SOMEWAY AND THE PARENTS WHO ARE SUPPOSRTING HIM SHOULD GET PUNCHED IN THE FACE…IF THEY WANT THEIR CHILD TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT THEY ARE OUT OF THEIR MINDS AND SHOULD BE SLAPPED!!!!!
I totally agree with Avril….What kind of a person would do that to a child. If he isn’t FIRED right now then that whole school system is full of LOSERS. I really don’t care how long he has been a teacher…he is giving a bad name to teachers and needs to go and any other teacher like him. They should not be able to keep theirs jobs. I don’t know of any other job that after so many years they can’t fire you other then a teacher, that needs to change!
INDEED : this teacher is the apparent loser as he needs to release his inadequate teaching methods on a little child. This action no matter how you cut it is a mental form of child abuse and should be dealt with appropiately by suspension or dismissal and or with the revocation of his teaching authority as teachers are suppose to encourage children not degrade them. If this style of teaching is being taught at some University then they are also in question
This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. If this teacher is not fired immediately then there is something seriously wrong here. What this basically boils down to is verbal abuse and this teacher may actually have a mental or emotional disorder if she feels that writing ‘you are a loser’ on a child’s homework assignment is acceptable. I’m shocked and my heart breaks for the student. I hope she doesn’t believe the remarks of her insensitive teacher and knows that no child is a loser.
