It all when Tara Fitzgerald made a call to Dell technical support in connection with a new computer set but a call for technical help from Sacramento woman ended up in credit card fraudulent and publication of some very personal photos of Tara Fitzgerald

It was all so humiliating for Tara Fitzgerald that she did not resist saying that she has been violated, her life is violated and being a woman she would not like to be violated like every other woman. Tara Fitzgerald is 48 who took some of erotic photos to herself to send them to her boyfriend. But events led her into a bizarre situation.

Tara Fitzgerald called Dell in December 2008 when she did not locate her saved photos in her desktop computer. With a very little knowledge of computer and internet, the disappearance of her nude photos really worried the single mother of a 14 year old daughter.

The detail of the events goes back to Tara Fitzgerald’s request for technical support to Dell and her subsequent connection with a call center in India and her giving the remote control access to Riayaz Shaikh the Dell authorized technician. After gaining the remote control access of Tara Fitzgerald computer, Riayaz Shaikh eventually stole all those nude pictures from Tara Fitzgerald computer before her eyes. The Sitel India employee identified himself as Dell technician so Tara Fitzgerald was least bothered about his authenticity.

The nightmare stated when Tara Fitzgerald received an email from an unknown source informing her that her nude photos are now a part of a website bitchtara with 16 of her photos and a lot sexual content about her activities.

Tara Fitzgerald contacts Riayaz Shaikh about the nude site who tells her that he can remove this site by working from home and ask Tara Fitzgerald to send him a laptop so that he can work from home and she very naively sends a laptop to Riayaz Shaikh.

Tara Fitzgerald does not end here, Tara Fitzgerald fell victim of creating a kind of personal contacts with Riayaz Shaikh and exchanges emails with him and then her credit card is used for a purchase of $802.But there is more to come, Tara Fitzgerald is declared heart and soul of his attention by Riayaz Shaikh and so on.

The purchase is challenged by Tara Fitzgerald and Riayaz and Dell are informed to which Riayaz admits and promises to return Tara Fitzgerald her money.

Dell seems least bothering about Tara Fitzgerald story but this has become story of any other person in American and Europe who are wrongly dealt by outsourcing companies in India.
