On the 10th of March, yesterday on Wednesday Corey Heim died a sudden death after collapsing at his Oakwood apartment, he was sharing with his mother Judy.
Although many websites have reported that Corey Heim died after a drug overdose, his close friend and manager Mark Heaslip think otherwise.
Heaslip told the media that he surfed from his drug abuse problems just couple of weeks ago and all the medication related to his drug abuse problem were stopped and he showed a promising improvement.
Jim Conessa the neighbour of Heim at the Oakwood apartment building in L.A remembers the last living moments of him and said he saw an ambulance at the apartment and then saw people wheeled out Heim out of his apartment with an oxygen mask still on and it felt he was alive at the time.
The Oakwood apartments are known for their pre-furnished and affordability and they are also very near to the Universal City.
The celebrity gossip website TMZ reported that Corey Heim was in the bedroom at the time of his collapse and four prescription bottles were found in the bedroom as well, however no illegal drugs were there in his Oakwood apartment at the time of his death.
