James J. Lee, the villain for Discovery channel programs who appeared in the morning at Discovery channel headquarters and took two Discovery communication officers and a security guard and kept them for several hours as hostages.
James J. Lee didn’t have any personal issues with the Discovery communications or with the Discovery channel but he was having great problems with couple of Discovery shows.
James J Lee attacked the Discovery channel headquarters because he didn’t like the program “Kate Plus 8” because it promotes and encourages population and the other program he hated was an environmental program that in his viewpoint, promotes the products rather than information.
James J Lee attacked with complete arrangements. According to the Police department, he was having deadly weapon and he covered himself with explosives and also carry explosive material.
When the authorities contacted the hostile James J. Lee, he made everything clear. He told that he prepared the bomb with his own research and also told he was not ready to go into any kind of negotiations.
The Police department and investigations agencies tried their level best to negotiate with the hostile but he never provided any chance to do so. The Police were following and watching the hostile through surveillance cameras and at one stage James put his gun on the head of a hostage.
Police department killed the hostile and got the hostages released safely. A robot spy defused the bombs and Police declared the building clear after more than five hours.
