U.S. Navy have so many female officers they can proud of but the lady we are going to talk about has got nothing the Navy could brag about. Captain Holly Graf has been booted as the captain of a warship who maltreated her crew members.

A Navy admiral removed Holly Graf from her captainship after receiving an investigation report which concludes that Holly Graf has been abusive to her crew members and have used her authority for personal gains. Holly Graf is accused of repeatedly abusing her crew members and committing assault.

The IG report which has recently been released tells that Holly Graf has been misusing her command position. Reportedly, her abusive behavior was surfaced when she created a poisonous environment for those working on the ship under her captainship.

Holly Graf’s removal has attracted a lot of attention inside the Navy where many, who served under her and with her, have expressed relief and happiness. While many have denounced Holly Graf, others have criticized Navy too. These criticizers say that Navy should not promote officers like Holly Graf to a position of such a great responsibility.

Those who have served under Holly Graf and with Holly Graf since she graduated from the Naval Academy in 1985, tell that Holly Graf was one of the worst captains Navy could have. Her crew members say that Holly Graf swore like a rough sailor and created a hostile environment where the crew remained terrified. Out of 36 crew members who have served under Holly Graf, 29 tell that she frequently bombed them with the F words and humiliated them.

Many have called Captain Holly Graf the closest thing to Capt. Bligh U.S. Navy could ever have.
