CCSF, City College of San Francisco is a public community college accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

CCSF was established back in 1935 and the institute has developed into one of the largest colleges in the country with multi campus, multicultural institution.

CCSF offers programs and courses in more than 100 occupational disciplines and 50 academic programs. CCSF has a full range of credit courses for Science and the Associate of Arts degrees.

CCSF offers the Associate degrees in Business, Culinary Arts, Fashion, Heath Care, Graphic Communications, Nursing, Engineering, Broadcasting, Computer Science, Dance and Physical education. CCSF also offers degree for the women’s studies as well.

The Honor programs of the CCSF allow the students to expand their educational experience and learn to get maximum benefits just like immigration and scholarships.

CCSF has 815 full time permanent employees and 1035 visiting faculty. 250 employees out of the whole are PhD doctors and 95 percent of the entire faculty strength is having master degrees.

CCSF is also actively involved in the extracurricular activities. The students’ activities office provides support, leadership training and recourses to eight associated student councils and more than 50 student organizations and clubs. CCSF also sponsors a large amount of lectures and concerts throughout the year for the students. The students can also avail the facilities of fitness centers and they can also participate in the Debate and Speech competition as well as sports competitions.
