Pea Plant in Lung, the latest search trend on search engine has a very freakish tale behind it.
Ron Sveden, a retired teacher from Massachusetts was feeling short of breath and he was taken to hospital after suffering for quite few months.
Ron Sveden’s chest X-ray showed a grainy spot and the man prepared himself for a diagnosis of cancer.
But to the amazement of medical students around the world as well as masses, Sveden was told that he has a pea plant in lung. Yes, 75 year old Ron Sveden was told that he had a pea seed in his lung that had split and sprouted to a length of half an inch that was pretty big thing in a human lung.
His doctors believe that Ron Sveden ate a pea that went down to wrong way and under moist and warm conditions sprouted to 12mm in size.
According to reports, Ron Sveden was suffering from emphysema before being taken to the hospital. His left lung was found to have collapsed but doctors could not find any evidence of cancer and he was put under several tests but they all came negative for cancer.
Ron Sveden was happy to find that it was not cancer and ironically when he was served with his first meals in the hospital after the surgery, the meal had peas in it for the vegetables and Ron ate them with a smile.
Ron Sveden’s wife said that God has such a sense of humor adding that she meant it could have been nothing but it had to be a pea and it had to be sprouting.
Ron Sveden is recovering from his surgery at his home.
