The New tenants, a Danish live action short film has secured the Oscar for the best live action short film on the occasion of 82nd academy awards. The story of the movie was written by Andres Thomas Jensen and directed by Joachim Back and David Rakoff was the man responsible for adapting the short live film.
The duration of the live short film The New Tenants is 21 minutes and these 21 minutes made the movie to reach the occasion of 82nd academy awards at Kodak theatre, and the new tenants, not only manage to reach the auspicious occasion of Academy Awards but also won the Oscar for best short live film.
Along with The New Tenants, several other names of the movies and celebrities were announced as the winner of Oscar for different categories. Oscar for The best original screenplay bagged by “The Hurt Locker”, Chrisopher Walkz won the Oscar for the best supporting actor. Pete Docter won his first ever Oscar as a director for the best animated film.
Sandra Bullock won the Oscar for best actress 2010 on the occasion of 82nd Academy Awards ceremony. 82nd Academy Awards Ceremony was directed by Harnish Hamilton. Adam Shankman and Bill Mechanic produced the event. Harnish Hamilton did his debut for handling the Oscar as a host along with the co host Alec Baldwin. The music of the 82nd Academy awards was directed by Marc Shaiman, five times Oscar nominee.
