Persons Unknown is new mystery series which has premiered on NBC last night. The Persons Unknown team is confident that the mystery series is going to grab the attention of the people throughout the summer. The brand new mystery series has 13 episodes written by Christopher McQuarrie.
According to Brian Talleric at Hollywoodchicago.com, nothing can be inferred about the ‘future prospects’ of a TV series because it is very difficulty to fore-caste its success by watching its premier episode only. But most of the symptoms and signs of Persons Unknown are pointing towards a stunning TV series that will become one of the most popular TV series in the upcoming season. Daisy Betts and Jason Wiles are one of its main characters.
The initial weaving of events in the premier episode suggests that the series has a plot which revolves around a group of people who accidently come across each other and are quite strangers to each other. All the persons have nothing common among them as they all are very different people. All people get up in a hotel which has an archaic style but they all have nothing in their memory as to who brought them in to this hotel.
Apparently, they have been kidnapped and transferred to a far flung town. The first person who has been kidnapped is a single mother Janet Cooper (Daisy Betts) who is shown in the first scene of the episode. In this opening scene, she is shown to face investigation by a private detective. Afterwards, she is intoxicated and taken away leaving her five years old daughter in the park. Then Janet has interaction with others strangers who have been kidnapped and sent to this bizarre abandoned city. There are cameras everywhere and they readily realize that they are being monitored. Now a question arises in their minds why their mutual interaction is being observed in such a weird manner.
Readers are encouraged to comment what they think of Persons Unknown.
