MDA Telethon 2010 also known as Jerry Lewis MDA Labor Day Telethon is held to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA). Jerry Lewis, the famous actor and comedian hosts the MDA Telethon 2010.

The first MDA Telethon was held in 1966 and as of 2009; MDA Telethon has raised more than $2.45 million.

MDA Telethon is held on Labor Day weekend and starts from the evening of Sunday proceeding Labor Day until evening of Labor Day and it is syndicated by around 190 television stations throughout America.

During recent years, the MDA Telethon runs for 21 hours and the show is aired from Las Vegas for 28 times out of total 45 years of its origin.

Speaking of MDA Telethon 2010, former American Idol star David Archuleta tweeted that he would be singing a new song at the show; Things are Gonna Get Better at MDA Telethon 2010.

Other guests at MDA Telethon 2010 include Enrique Iglesias, Herry Lewis, WAR, Lynyrd Skynryd, Alison Sweeney, Nancy O’Dell, Nigel Lythgoe, Jann Carl, Ace Young, Brandon Brash and many more celebrities will be there to share moments with Jerry Lewis who will be aided by other celebrities for hosting obligations owing to his old age.
