Ingredients for Potato Salad Recipe

1)    1 onion, chopped

2)    6 eggs

3)    1/8 teaspoon celery seed

4)    10 red potatoes

5)    1/8 teaspoon paprika

6)    1 cup mayonnaise

7)    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

8)    1/2 cup ranch dressing

9)    1 1/2 teaspoons salt

10) 1/3 cup dill pickle relish

11) 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard

12) 1/4 cup pepperoncini (optional)

13) 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)

Direction for preparing Potato Salad

Step One:

Place all six eggs in a saucepan in a single layer. Fill the saucepan with water to cover the eggs almost by an inch. Place the saucepan over the stove and boil eggs on high heat.

After one boil remove the saucepan from the heat, but let the eggs remain in the saucepan dipped into the hot water for almost 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes remove the eggs from the saucepan and cool then under the fresh running water.

Peel all six eggs and chop then once cold.

Step Two:

Place all potatoes in a large pot cover them with water and put them on the stove for boiling over high heat. After sometime reduce heat to medium-low, cover the post and let the potatoes boil for another 15 to 20 minutes.

Drain water and refrigerate potatoes until cold, then peel and slice them in cubes.

Step Three:

Mix mayonnaise, paprika, ranch dressing, pepper, relish, salt, celery seed and mustard in a bowl (Stir constantly), then add olives, eggs, pepperoncini, potatoes and onion until completely mixed.

Refrigerate the mix for at least two hours before serving.
