After the culmination of Bachelor series yesterday, the final lineup of 10th season of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ was announced which also included the ‘soap stud’, Aiden Turner.

Aiden John turner was born on April 2, 1977 in Hertfordshire, England. He is an actor and is popularly known for his portrayal of Aidan Devane on the ABC’s series ‘All My Children’. He also appeared in the T.V. series such as Crossroads, EastEnders and Undressed. He even featured in the independent film Manhattanites inn the role of Kyle Carpenter. But the character of Aidan Devane is his most widely recognized role for which he was even nominated for an Emmy in the ‘Youngest Actor in a Drama’ category.

On the new season of ‘Dancing with the Stars’, Turner would be rubbing shoulders with some of the most popular and successful figures of the sports and entertainment industry as well as an astronaut. The executive producer of the show, Conrad Green, stated that the cast seems perfect for the shows tenth installment, a landmark in its own right. She also observed that the contestants have the capability to make the show one of the most memorable for organizers and viewers alike.

Apart from Turner, the 10 other contestants set to feature on the show are celebrities Pamela Anderson, Shannon Doherty, Niecey Nash, Nicole Scherzinger and Kate Gosselin. From the sports arena are Evan Lysaeck, the Olympic figure skating champion, and Chad Ochocinco, NFL’s wide receiver. Also setting foot on the stage would be ESPN’s sportscaster, Erin Andrews. The astronaut on the show would be Buzz Aldrin who is now retired and was also dubbed as the ‘the man who nearly became the first man to land on the moon’.

Completing the lineup of the show is our favorite bachelor from the show ‘The Bachelor’, Jake Pavelka. The new season is set to premier on March 22, 2010.
