There are hardly any celebrities who have the guts to play pranks on national television and to goof around. Most of them are not even themselves when they go on air. BUT, our beloved Jim Carrey is not an ordinary celebrity; he has promised to make us laugh, ALWAYS and this is exactly what he was found doing on Matt Lauer’s Today Show soon after being on David Letterman’s Late Show, a while back.

Jim Carrey, 49, is currently on his campaign of promoting his new movie Mr. Popper’s Penguins. On the breakfast show, he was seen surprising Natalie Morales, running up behind her and presenting her with a flower as she was reading the news. Not just that, but he was goofing around with his iPhone, taking funny pictures of his smile and then holding them up against his face! Gosh, this man is funny!

And just then, when he was questioned whether he was fond of any animals, we discovered that he was a dog fan and owns a few as well. ‘I have a couple of dogs,” he said, “and they’re vicious. The other night I took them for a walk and they ran into the bushes after someone. And I’m like: ‘Whoever that is, they’re in a lot of trouble.’ They’re in there [makes a barking sound]. Then I hear one of them, there’s nothing. And then one of my dogs goes [makes dog sound].

‘And then they come out of the bushes and like something has happened to them and I don’t know what it is, did they run into a brick wall? I didn’t know what had happened.

‘And then Dave, like a plume of smoke hits me, comes at me and overpowering me and Dave, they got skunked.”

His stories never stop! What a lively person Jim Carrey is. And then he ended up giving Matt Lauer a piggyback ride!
