The Government of United States of America has badly failed to pass the Extension bill, Tier 5. Several states decided to use Eppicard and as usual nothing go right for the current Government as Eppicard, instead of facilitating the unemployed Americans it has become a Burdon for the people without jobs.
It was decided and planned that Eppicard will provide facility to the unemployed Americans to get their unemployment benefits but the card charges have become a Burdon for the unemployed people.
First of all, whenever a user uses his Eppicard, it charges a fee to claim the unemployment benefits and these are the charges which are not supposed to be paid by the unemployed Americans even they are not supposed to be there.
The experts are saying that there is no logic and sense behind charging those people who have been getting the unemployment benefits from the Government because they don’t have any source of income.
According to different reports, the Eppicards have made the method of payment more complex and hard for the people who haven’t had the money to spend.
The Eppicard is an ATM card style system which was planned and designed to facilitate the unemployed people to access their benefits easily but the media has reported that program has failed badly and people are asking for some serious relief.
The other serious problem is when an Eppicard holder calls the customer service to record their problem, they also charge for the calling the customer service.
The system was launched in 19 states and almost all the states are reporting failure of Eppicard system.

Ok…now that the use of the Eppicard is affecting the unemployed we are noticing it?? The Eppicard card has been charging recipients of child support for years. What about the single mother who can’t afford to pay the extra fees? Why should I have to pay fees to get the money that is owed to me by my childrens absentee parent who is on unemployment. Also, if he were to get the eppicard they would make money from him and me from the same unemployment benefit. My ex owes 17,000 in arrearages yet I have to pay just to call customer service just to see if he has made a speratic payment! Give me a break!
