Chile quake 2010 killed 300 people and made disturbance all around. An earthquake hit Chile as hard as 8.8 on Richter scale. Michelle Bachelet, the President of Chile declared a state of catastrophe after Chile quake 2010.

Warning has also been issued in Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Russia, Philippines, South American nations and many Pacific islands. Chile quake 2010 struck hard in Chili and warned 53 countries all around. Tsunami warnings also issued in Japan and other areas.

The Chile 2010 knocked the doors of Chile in the morning for a minute and a half. The earthquake caused few buildings to collapse. The scared people rushed out of their homes. CCTV footage gave the exact idea about the strength of earthquake. It really looked like someone shaken the earth.

The earthquake damaged massively, the power shut and cut down, phone system held all along the city, few building collapsed killing hundreds of people.

Well, Haiti earthquake was little less powerful than the Chile earthquake 2010 but apparently and comparatively damaged less. Haiti earthquake killed thousands of people and collapsed almost all the buildings and disturbed millions of people to suffer. In the recent Chile earthquake,

it killed 300 people and few building collapsed and it happened only due to solid and planned infrastructure and well implemented and maintained system. If the same powerful earthquake would hit Haiti, it would cause far more damage than the Haiti earthquake did.
