RSSAngelina Jolie, the top Hollywood sexy actress, who has been on headlines recently due to her see-through costumes she wore during the premieres of her latest flick, ‘Salt’, has donated $100,000 to the flood victims of Pakistan.
Angelina Jolie, who is famous for her charity works all over the world, has showed her deep concern on the flooding in Pakistan that has turned huge disaster in Pakistan. Angelina and her husband Bart Pitt had come to Pakistan when the destructive earthquake hit the country killing more than 73,000 people as a result.
Jolie announced that she has donated $100,000 to the UNHCR operations in Pakistan (considering hundreds of thousands of Pakistanis are homeless, the UNHCR operation is extensive). Angelina shows her interest to visit the flooding areas in Pakistan.
The floods in Pakistan have displaced more than 20 million people and the donations are far less than those of the Haitian earthquake or the Asian tsunami.
Angelina Jolie says, “It is getting hard for people — they see Haiti, they see these other events … and they get exhausted by the time another big one rolls around. Pakistanis face mass death, mass displacement, and this situation is going to get worse. I’m planning a trip, we’re contacting people on the ground and we’re speaking to people in the US government everyday.”
Angelina Jolie has visited Haiti, Iraq and other countries as a U.N. goodwill ambassador previously. Angelina utters that she will visit Pakistan once the cameras go away.

Dear Angelina,
“Angelina Jolie donates $100,000 to Pakistan flooding”.
But the miseries of the flood effected areas are same till today. They are in foodless, without roof and without proper clothes and medicines. I am from Southren Punjab the flood effected areas of Pakistan. I am thankful BuzzTab and all the websites who are the sources publishing our conditions to the world.
